hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) On PCT
Human chorionic gonadotropin can preserve your testicles even in the worst of situations. What transpires, what time do you start and finish? That’s all there is to it.
Who can utilize hCG?
We won’t linger too long on the basics because there is plenty to handle realistically. It’s crucial to realize that men can increase their production of testosterone by using hCG, a hormone produced by the placenta during pregnancy. It works by mimicking the luteinizing hormone (LH) secreted by the pituitary, which instructs the testes to begin manufacturing testosterone.
Why is hCG required?
LH keeps the Leydig cells in your testicles active, but if you aren’t on cycle, a mimic such as hCG might “trick” your testicles into activation.
If your Leydig cells continue to generate testosterone after your cycle ends and PCT starts, you won’t have to “restore” it from scratch. This is why hCG is often used as a pre-PCT substitute rather than just in combination with SERMs such as Clomid or Nolvadex. However, it’s not quite that simple.
Instructions and dosage for hCG
Regarding protocols, you have a few options:
Just in the last few weeks before PCT; only while on PCT; for the cycle duration.
First choice: a few weeks before PCT
This is a typical, if not perfect, option.
- Begin long-acting medication cycles two weeks before PCT.
It is advised to take 1000 IU every other day.
- When to quit: When starting SERMs, Clomid, or Nolva.
Option 2: On PCT Some say that since hCG promotes aromatization, using it in conjunction with SERMs like Nolvadex isn’t always a smart idea. Nonetheless, studies show that the two complement each other nicely. To add AIs, add them.
- When to start: the first two weeks of PCT;
- Consume 1000–1500 IU EOD.
- It’s best to stop PCT during the third week.
Option 3: For the duration of the cycle
That is the hCG administration technique that we recommend.
- When to start: Usually when you start feeling the effects, which takes around two weeks for slow-acting compounds and three days for quick-acting ones;
- 250 mg given daily;
- When the cycle’s main components start to restrict natural production; The ideal moment to stop using SERMs is right before starting the PCT.
How to prepare for hCG injections
hCG is frequently sold in powder form in vials. It is a sensitive substance that degrades quickly after reconstitution; therefore, you will have to do it yourself. 95 per cent of the hCG that is marketed on the market is packaged in amounts of 5000 IU. The material must be rehydrated using bacteriostatic water, and a sterile solution with 0.9% benzyl alcohol to ensure injection safety.
- Place two cc of bac water in the syringe;
- Transfer it into the vial holding the powdered hCG;
- Give the object a small, gentle shake.
- Check to make sure there are no anomalies, floating particles, or other problems; conclude.
